The building provides valet parking for up to 48 vehicles for its tenants and visitors
The San Francisco Central Subway stop is planned to be located just 4 blocks from 580 California – at the corner of Washington St. and Stockton St. Construction is currently underway, with a projected completion date in 2017. The Subway stop will provide a connection to BART and the 4th Street Caltrain station making the commute to the Property even more fluid than it already is for commuters. The project will increase travel capacity, reduce crowding, air and noise pollution, and further improve regional connections via Caltrain, Muni, and the currently under-construction high-speed rail at the Transbay Terminal located at 4th and King streets. Funding for the project is predominantly provided by the Federal Transit Administration’s “New Starts” program with additional funding provided by a variety of federal, state, and local sources.
